This is a first draft for yet another magazine layout however on this layout is text heavy. I made the type as small as acceptable and currently have a small headline. I plan to put some kind of graphic on the far right side to break up all of the heave text.
Your headline needs to read more fluidly. Trying to do too much with it as a text graphic. Let the headline do its job. Deal with the visual in the image used. What is it? I'm not sure where you are going with the green. A lot to do yet. Nice little section header.
